                   A RESOLUTION TO REVOKE THE SPECIAL
                   COMMISSION OF MARTHA SNEED.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has received information
       indicating that the individual named hereinbelow has resigned 
from
       the employment of her sponsoring employer;
                                NOW, THEREFORE,
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the special commission issued to
       Martha Sneed be and the same is hereby revoked or canceled
       effective immediately.
